Tender2u version 2.0 is a tender notification system developed and operated by Commerce Access Sdn Bhd (CASB). The tender2u version 2.0 system was developed to provide added convenience for contractors who are interested to know about tender offers in the daily newspapers via on-line.

The CASB team manages the process of gathering all information on tenders to be distributed to the T2U customers, electronically. Apart from T2U, CASB develops e-commerce applications such as the electronic procurement systems for the AccessProcure organization besides conducting the B2B 'marketplace' also known as Sennego for companies to make transactions, publicity, promotion and sale notifications via the Internet.
