Q: What is Tender2u?
Tender2U is a notification service system about quotations, tenders and eBidding issued by the federal government, state governments, statutory bodies and private corporations, delivered electronically to your company based on the code of fieldwork specified; and receiving business opportunities every day.
Q: What are the services my company can benefit from Tender2u?
As a centre of information and the latest (daily) notice, regarding quotations, tenders and eBiddings from the ministries, departments in the federal government, state governments, statutory bodies, local government and the private corporate sectors.
Receive information according to the fields required by your company.
Save your company in terms of time to search for projects with low operating costs and to ensure no missed opportunities from your company’s knowledge.
The information is delivered to your company through 3 channels of notification: the website (accounts), direct to your email, and the short messaging system (SMS).
Q: How can I get/obtain the services of Tender2u?

Q: Can I purchase the tender document from you?
Currently, we are not allowed to sell the tender documents as you need to submit certain documents (such as company registration certificate, etc.) to the project owner before being allowed to buy the documents.
Q: Does the T2u services apply only to companies registered with the MOF Malaysia?
No, the service is open to all companies and individuals.
Q: Can I get information on international tenders?
Currently, this information is not available in the Tender2U system, however our team is working with various ministries/ organizations to obtain tender notices from foreign countries.
Q: How many tenders are there in your system?
To date, over 40,000 tenders and procurement notices from various disciplines, sectors and industries have been gathered since November 2003.
Q: Where do you get your tenders from? What are your sources?
Notices of quotation offers, tenders and eBidding in Tender2U are collected from the offer notices appear in newspapers - local newspapers, including Sabah and Sarawak, the e-procurement, web sites and state government bodies - statutory bodies and the private corporate sectors. These notices are entered into the Tender2U system by our staffs on a daily basis, ensuring your company gets authentic and the latest information.
Q: In the tender information provided in Bahasa Malaysia only?
No, the tender information is also provided in English although Bahasa Malaysia is the main language of delivery in the Tender2u system. This improvement to our system is our preparation for the international level.
Tender2u is using advanced 64bit server,which is part of our effort to improve our service.

if you not selected 'kod bidang' as per image below, you will receive all tenders by default
