Q: How do I register with Tender2u?
You can register directly through the website online at www.tender2u.com or call our friendly customer service officer at 03-7787 9715 / 9777/7770 to help you register with the Tender2U system.
Q: During the subscription period, am I allowed to change my package option? (For example, from login to sms?)
Of course you can. Please contact our friendly customer service officer and we will help you change your package option as soon as possible (less than 24 hours).
Q: Can I subscribe for a 1 month package?
Currently, we do not offer monthly-package. Our minimum package is for one year.
Q: What are the types of subscription packages offered and the fee charged?

Q: What is the method of payment?
Among the methods of payment provided by us for your convenience are as follows:
You can make payments directly through the website Tender2U System (http://www.tender2u.com.my - payment by credit card).
For payments by check and bank draft, you are required to make payments on behalf of Commerce Access Sdn Bhd through the MAYBANK MALAYSIA account (Account No.: 514301122359).
You can also make a Direct Debit (Maybank2U) to any Maybank branch in Malaysia (Account No.: 514301122359).
* Once you have made the payment through one of the above methods, please e-mail or fax the statement to us as proof of payment to activate your account immediately.
Q: I have made a Direct Debit settlement but could not enter the system. What is the problem?
If you are paying by Direct Debit into our Maybank account, please fax the deposit slip to us. Your account will be activated once we receive the confirmation of payment.
