Tender2U is a tender management system that provides functions such as:
• Central repository for all types of tenders, be it Government, semi-government and commercial.
• Notifications to subscribers on tenders that have been released based on their personalized preferences.

How much does it cost to subscribe?
We have 6 types of packages available:
- Starter 1 - 6 months unlimited notification - account activation, sms, email @ RM350
- Starter 2 - 6 months unlimited notification - account activation, sms, email & fax @ RM530
- Business 1 - 1 Year unlimited notifications - account activation, sms, email @ RM700
- Business 2 - 1 Year unlimited notifications - account activation, sms, email & fax @ RM888
- Dinamik 1 - 3 Year unlimited notifications - account activation, sms, email @ RM1,890
- Dinamik 2 - 3 Year unlimited notifications - account activation, sms, email & fax @ RM2,398

How will I be notified if there are any tenders advertised?
There are 3 types of notifications that will be sent to you upon subscribing with Tender2U:
• Email
• SMS
• Fax
Therefore, it is important that you update your contact details regularly. Subscribers can also log in to site to get more details on the tenders through the Account / Main Bulletin.
5. How do I update my personal and company details if there are any changes?
You can update your details online at http://www.tender2u.com using the Profile Management feature after you have been authenticated using
the login name and password that you have created during registration.

How do I pay for my registration?
Payment can be made via cheque, postal order, money order or bank draft made payable to Commerce Dot Com. Payment can also be made by 'Direct Credit' to Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd's Maybank account 562142800978. Once the payment has been made, fax the bank's slip to 03-7985 7744 / 7985 7800.

Are there international Tenders posted in Tender2u?
Local and international tenders can be posted in Tender2u.

What are the benefits if I sign up with Tender2u?
Some of the benefits include:
• Notification of relevant tenders based on your preferences
as and when tenders are advertised
• Cost savings as subscribers need not purchase newspapers
everyday and spend time needlessly filtering out the relevant
tenders.
• The Government tenders are done through the ePerolehan
system and will be advertised primarily on our ePerolehan
website. Hence, subscribers will obtain first hand information
on Government advertised tenders through the variety of notifications
provided.

Where are the sources of Tenders from?
Government, semi-government and commercial tenders advertised
in the newspapers, websites, Ministry and municipal council
bulletins.

How do I ensure that I only get the relevant tenders?
At the heart of Tender2U is a powerful rules based engine that will automatically filter tenders according to the selection criteria that you set. It is very important for you to ensure that the selection criteria is properly determined during registration. For example, if you wish to be notified on the Government tenders, the selections must be made according to the categories that you have registered with the MOF.

Does Tender2u provide information on successful tenderers
for each of the tender advertised?
No.

I've subscribed to a particular selection of tenders. Will
I be able to change the selection later?
Yes, the same way you update your preferences at any time.

This feature will only be available in the future releases.
